All hair is preordered! Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a tracking email. After receiving the tracking email, tracking activity will become available after 24 hours.
Can I make changes to my order?
  • Because we strive on processing and shipping items out as soon as possible, orders cannot be altered once payment is complete. They are final.
  • Once packages are dropped off at post office, we no longer have control, please contact UPS for further details once you receive tracking numb
  • No, we don't offer hair samples at the moment.

Once we drop your package off at the post office, and your tracking number shows movement, we have no control over it. You can however purchase additional insurance to protect your package. With said occurrence, kindly contact your local post office or courier service your package was sent through. We are more than willing to assist if additional information is required.

Orders with different shipping and billing address will be canceled as a measure of prevention against fraudulent activities. If we suspect any unusual activity regarding your order. We will request a picture of a piece of ID, your name and last four digits on the credit card used to place your order.
