Read Before You Buy!

Before making a purchase with us, please make sure to read all the steps listed below:

• Please make sure to properly choose the texture and length of the hair you are ordering. Once the order is placed and paid for, there is no way to cancel or modify it.
• When purchasing a wig, make sure to take your head mesurements properly. This will help you choose the right wig size as we carry Small, Medium, Large and X-Large for the GoldxnUnits.

• If you are purchasing a custom GoldxnUnit, bleaching, plucking and styling are already included in the price.

• GoldxnTouch uses the "Preorder Method", which means that we DO NOT carry hair and wigs on hand unless it figures in the "Ready To Ship" section.

• A 50$ cancellation fee will be charged for refunded wig orders and 10$ for products. Failure to reading the product description could result in a 100$ cancellation fee. All informations are written under each product. Make sure to entirely read it before purchasing.

• Make sure that the billing and shipping adresses are the same before completing your transaction. The order will automatically be refunded to avoid fraudulent orders.

• Take note that NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED FOR USED PRODUCTS. The item must be exactly how you received it (original texture and packaging)

• If there’s a quality issue within the first 7 days of purchase, please contact us at goldxntouch@gmail.com so we can assist you.

• PLEASE HANDLE YOUR LACE WITH CARE!! The longevity of the wigs depend on the person who handles it. Refunds will not be issued for any wear and tear (holes in lace, hair loss due to heavy handling, etc)

• GoldxnTouch is not a company that rushes the process. Please refer to our processing period and order accordingly.
